The Ticketing is responsible for operating the Point of Sales system at Marina Putrajaya (MP) and Cruise Tasik Putrajaya (CTP) by Convention & Exhibition (Putrajaya) Sdn Bhd (CO-X), ensuring smooth ticketing operations and providing excellent customer service. This role includes handling payments, issuing tickets or wristbands, maintaining cash security, recording sales transactions, and assisting visitors with relevant information. Additionally, the role requires ensuring proper upkeep of the ticketing counter and maintaining accurate financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the ticketing and payment system efficiently.
• Open and maintain ticketing counters according to schedule.
• Process transactions and issue tickets, receipts, or wristbands correctly.
• Verify and maintain ticket serial numbers for accuracy.
• Provide clear information and assistance to customers.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of ticketing counters.
• Maintain financial records and ensure cash accuracy.
• Secure all financial transactions and submit reports daily.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor and maintain ticketing assets and supplies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Prior experience in customer service, cash handling, or ticketing operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operating Point of Sales (POS) systems.
• Detail-oriented with good numerical skills.
• Ability to manage transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Problem-solving skills for handling customer concerns.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
