Job description
Handle partial of Accounts with monthly bank reconciliation, ensure proper entry of invoices
Provide HR support and administration which including recruitment, leave record
Coordinate and submit applications for government grants related to training and workforce development
Any other duties assigned by the Manager in Charge
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Accounting or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in related field, Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Working knowledge and experience of MYOB or similar ERP product is preferred
Self-driven with high levels of integrity, excellence and teamwork.
Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, working under pressure and to meet strict reporting deadlines
Demonstrates teamwork and collaborate approach to work
Key selling points
• 5 days' work week (Mon to Fri: 0900hrs to 1730hrs)
