Driver & Fleet Management
Manage driver leave and roster scheduling
Plan and oversee daily delivery operations and dispatch schedules
Monitor driver locations and routes via GPS tracking system
Maintain close, regular communication with drivers to support daily operations
Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries
Manage vehicle fleet: maintenance scheduling, servicing, and repairs
Track road tax, insurance, and vehicle inspection renewals
Monitor fuel usage and vehicle mileage
Handle incident/accident reporting and follow-up
Ensure drivers comply with company safety and conduct policies
Sales
Support order follow-up and coordination between customers and delivery schedules
Liaise with clients on delivery-related requests and issues
Assist the sales team with basic account coordination as needed
