Role Description The Singaporean English Recording Project role is a full-time remote position focused on producing high-quality spoken Singaporean English audio for various AI and language-related initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include recording scripted prompts, ensuring clear pronunciation and natural intonation, following detailed recording guidelines, and submitting audio files through designated platforms or tools. The role may involve reviewing and re-recording samples to meet quality standards, providing feedback on scripts or prompts for clarity and cultural relevance, and collaborating with project coordinators to meet deadlines and performance targets. The position requires consistent availability, adherence to project specifications, and maintaining data privacy and confidentiality for all materials handled.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken Singaporean English and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Experience or background in English Teaching or Training that supports accurate pronunciation, diction, and language awareness.
• Familiarity with Translation or multilingual environments, especially in Southeast Asian or Singaporean contexts, is an advantage.
• Customer Service or client-facing experience that demonstrates professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability in remote collaboration.
• Access to a quiet recording environment and basic technical skills to operate microphones, recording software, and online platforms.
• Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a remote, independent work setting.
• Prior experience with voice recording, voice-over, language projects, or AI data collection is beneficial but not mandatory.
