Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Head of HVAC, B2B di Wilson - Maukerja

Our client is looking for a Head of HVAC to lead and scale the Singapore business for a global technology organisation undergoing an exciting transformation of its B2B operations. Reporting to the Regional Head of HVAC and supported by a newly established regional Centre of Excellence, this is a significant business-building mandate for a commercially driven leader who can strengthen the organisation’s position in Singapore and accelerate growth across the B2B and B2G markets.

Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy and full P&L for the Singapore HVAC business, driving revenue, profitability, market share and sustainable growth.
• You will identify and develop opportunities across commercial developments, government projects and large-scale building projects, while building strong relationships with developers, building owners/managers, government stakeholders and other industry partners.
• You will lead the local team across commercial execution, work closely with sales, product, technical and pre/post-sales functions, and leverage the regional COE to strengthen product positioning and go-to-market capabilities.

Requirements:

• An accomplished B2B commercial leader with over 15 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of building and growing businesses, leading teams and managing P&L.
• Direct HVAC experience is highly advantageous, and also open to strong candidates from Building Management Systems (BMS), building automation, smart building solutions or related building infrastructure sectors.
• Experience engaging property developers, commercial building stakeholders and/or government projects in Singapore would be particularly valuable.
• Above all, we are looking for a builder — entrepreneurial, commercially astute and resilient, with the ability to create structure, open new opportunities and grow a business in a challenger environment.
