Brief Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Learning & Development Executive, where you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our organisational learning initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to analyse, design, and deliver effective training programmes that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workforce capability gap analyses in collaboration with line managers and business units.
• Implement profiling tools to assess learning needs.
• Prioritise and evaluate learning investments in accordance with business demands.
• Develop and coordinate engaging learning materials with subject matter experts.
• Create business cases and training content in conjunction with various departments.
• Review and assess external training providers and course offerings.
• Select and engage relevant trainers, both internal and external.
• Manage and update e-learning content, while overseeing virtual learning platforms.
• Communicate course objectives, learning calendars, and logistics to all participants.
• Track participation rates and ensure effective use of learning technologies.
• Administer post-training evaluations and gather feedback for programme enhancement.
• Support the implementation of talent assessment methodologies and high-potential development programmes.
• Collaborate with team members to build knowledge and best practices, enhancing team capabilities.

Requirements

• A Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team environment.
