The Role

From portfolio strategy to client engagement, here's where you'll focus:

• Taking end-to-end ownership of the commercial card portfolio, covering strategy, pricing, and performance
• Building and executing product roadmaps aligned to business objectives and market opportunities
• Growing the portfolio through acquisition, activation, spend uplift, and client retention
• Managing Distribution Card solutions for distributor and dealer networks across key industries
• Overseeing Corporate Card products, including travel, procurement, and expense management capabilities
• Collaborating across Sales, Risk, Technology, Operations, and Marketing to deliver product initiatives
• Presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Here's the profile we have in mind:

• A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• 5-8 years of commercial card product management experience, with a strong track record
• Deep understanding of commercial banking, payments ecosystems, and working capital dynamics
• Exposure to both Corporate Cards and Distribution Cards is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with card economics, portfolio management, and spend growth strategies
• Sharp analytical thinking and proven stakeholder management capabilities
