The Opportunity
We+ Asia, in partnership with PhoenixDX, is expanding its pre-sales capability and we are looking for a senior, client-facing engineer who can shape, qualify and secure new business opportunities through strong technical credibility, demonstration, solution design and commercial alignment. This is a dual-brand role, combining We+ Asia’s staffing and consulting expertise with PhoenixDX’s fixed-price AI and digital delivery practice.
This role bridges sales and delivery by translating client needs into compelling, practical and scalable solutions. It leverages deep pre-sales and technical experience to support opportunity conversion, strengthen client confidence and improve win rates. The position plays a critical role in driving PhoenixDX’s growth by ensuring technical excellence with commercial awareness in the pre-sales lifecycle.
About PhoenixDX
PhoenixDX is a digital transformation and software delivery partner specialising in fixed-price AI, low-code, and platform delivery. In APAC, PhoenixDX partners with We+ Asia to deliver end-to-end engagements for enterprise clients.
You will work directly with clients — understanding their technical and business challenges, shaping solutions, and building the technical confidence that converts opportunities into signed work. You are equally comfortable in a discovery workshop with a CTO, presenting an architecture recommendation to an executive committee, and working alongside delivery leads to ensure what was sold is what gets built.
If you are a senior technical professional who wants to be closer to the commercial front line — someone who enjoys shaping solutions, earning client trust through competence, and influencing win rates — this role was written for you.
