This role is suited for candidates with prior healthcare project experience who are ready to take on a broader role in clinic service and operations.

Your Role

As part of the Polyclinic Management Team, you will support the Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and improve clinic operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational activities within the clinic
• Coordinate staff scheduling, manpower deployment and patient flow
• Monitor inventory and facility-related matters to support seamless clinic operations
• Assist with manpower and resource planning to improve operational efficiency
• Work closely with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics and other service teams to enhance workflows and coordination
• Develop and implement proposals, strategies and process improvements to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with teams across other polyclinics and HQ on areas including manpower planning, training and development, digital transformation, policies and workflows
• Support initiatives relating to new polyclinic development and emergency planning

• Prior experience in healthcare projects is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Positive, resilient and proactive approach to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting
