JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet and attend to guests with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Take guests’ orders accurately and communicate orders clearly to the relevant team.
• Answer questions about the menu and provide suitable recommendations to guests.
• Recommend additional menu items, beverages, desserts, or promotions where appropriate.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are accurate according to the customer’s order and receipt.
• Stay updated on menu items, promotions, daily specials, and any menu changes.
• Attend to guests throughout their dining experience and ensure their needs are addressed promptly.
• Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor or manager when necessary.
• Clear and reset tables promptly and maintain the cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain a neat appearance by wearing the required uniform and adhering to the company dress code.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Passion for the F&B industry, hospitality, and customer service.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and positive working attitude.
• Quick learner and able to work well as part of a team.
• Friendly, attentive, and approachable when dealing with guests.
• Able to remain professional during busy periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
