Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Logistics Coordinator di Opensys Technologies Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements.

• Monitor and schedule machine movements from warehouses with transporters.

• Handle sorting, packing, lifting, moving slightly heavy packaging.

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipping, logistics, and goods movement.

• Track delivery schedules and follow up on shipment status.

• Identify and resolve logistics or delivery issues in coordination with relevant teams.

• Understand and coordinate with movers on delivery plan based on customers' needs.

• Ensure proper record keeping and timely updates of logistics activities.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Proficient in AutoCount and prior experience in logistics, coordination, or administrative work will be an added advantage.
