Role Summary:
Manage a production section of 5–10 staff, overseeing daily Kits production, manpower, materials, production targets, quality, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and monitor daily Kits production activities to meet customer demand and production schedules.
Monitor production performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, technicians, and operators.
Manage manpower planning, attendance, training, and skills development.
Ensure timely availability of materials to support production.
Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to resolve material shortages and production issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
Diploma holders with extensive manufacturing experience may also be considered.
5–8 years of manufacturing/production experience
, with
2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
.
Experience in production planning, process improvement, quality management, and people management.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
