is a hybrid role combining
administrative support
with
basic-to-intermediate graphic design work
.
Administrative Duties
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
Prepare documents, reports, quotations, invoices, and presentations
Manage filing, records, and data entry
Answer phone calls, emails, and general enquiries
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Support other departments with administrative tasks
Graphic Design Duties
Create posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and promotional materials
Design digital marketing materials
Edit photos and images for company use
Prepare artwork for printing and online publication
Update the company website
Maintain company branding and visual consistency
Revise designs based on feedback from management or clients
Liaise with printers or external designers when required
