Managed & maintain accurate stock levels, optimize storage, and ensure the smooth flow of goods for daily operations. A side, avoiding any product damage & Lost. Also assist on maintaining basic QM rules.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy by ensuring physical stock balances are aligned with system records and inventory transactions.
- Perform periodic cycle counts and full inventory counts to verify stock accuracy and ensure compliance with established inventory control procedures.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies arising from inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse transactions.
- Coordinate stock relocation, internal transfers, and bin optimization activities to maximize warehouse storage efficiency and accessibility. 5Investigate customer complaints and prepare Unusual Event Reports (UER) to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Represent as CJQM & Participate in weekly damage tire review meetings with Production and Quality Management teams to address quality concerns and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain weekly KPI reports, damage tire reports, and other inventory performance indicators for management review.
- Coordinate the segregation and control of damaged, S-Block, Q-Block, and other non-conforming tires to prevent unintended shipment and ensure proper disposition.
- Maintain and update work instructions, warehouse layouts, and operational documentation to ensure alignment with new processes and storage strategies.
- Monitor and improve on damage issue after investigation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehousing and distribution, with a good understanding of basic inventory processes.
- Working experience with multinational logistics companies will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to prepare reports as required.
- Able to perform on-site troubleshooting and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Proactive, motivated, and committed, with a strong desire to contribute to the company’s success.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
