1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leads, and potential clients.

2. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are planned, executed, and delivered to meet client expectations.

4. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their project requirements and expectations as well as first-hand information on future projects.

5. Keep abreast of best practices and market trends.

6. Achieve sales targets and payment collection targets.

7. Being responsible for payment collection.  

8. Attend to site issues and consistent follow up on the matter.

9. Competitor feedback.
