About Neighbours Coffee

Neighbours Coffee is a cozy neighbourhood café focused on specialty coffee, good food, and genuine hospitality. We’re growing our team and looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people and being part of a supportive café environment.

Whether you have previous F&B experience or are completely new to the industry, we’d love to hear from you. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Job Responsibilities

As a Service Crew member, you will:

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages.
• Clear and clean tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the café.
• Keep service and dining areas organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Assist with basic food and beverage preparation when required.
• Prepare the café and service areas for smooth daily operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and café operating standards.
• Work closely with the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
• Provide a warm and enjoyable experience for our customers and regulars.

Requirements

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Interested in food, coffee, and hospitality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Positive and willing to work as part of a team.
• Hardworking, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate well with customers and colleagues.

Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required. Fresh graduates and beginners are welcome. Training will be provided.
