Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Resources Development, Manager / Senior Manager will oversee the execution and coordination of external infrastructure works related to utility connections and land matters. This includes managing engagements with utility providers, government authorities, and consultants to ensure timely progress and compliance across power, water, and land acquisition elements supporting the project’s overall delivery. \- Coordinate and track the progress of external infrastructure works (e.g., power, water, land acquisition) to ensure alignment with project timelines. \- Liaise with utility providers and relevant government authorities, ensuring requirements and approvals are met. \- Attend and facilitate coordination meetings with agencies and consultants. \- Review and monitor submissions such as topographical surveys, layout plans, and land documentation. \- Supervise external consultants and contractors involved in right-of-way (ROW) acquisition and infrastructure execution. \- Conduct regular coordination meetings to monitor progress and escalate issues as needed. \- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and technical requirements related to utility infrastructure. \- Provide periodic updates and reports to internal stakeholders on status, risks, and recommended actions. \- Collaborate closely with internal project teams to align external deliverables with construction milestones.

Qualifications

\- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. \- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in infrastructure or utilities project coordination. \- Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks and experience working with government departments and utility providers. \- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. \- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. \- Willingness to travel or attend external meetings as required.
