The SPH Media Associate Programme is a 24-month structured development programme aimed at attracting and developing young talents with a passion for the news and media industry. Media Associates will rotate across key business areas, gaining broad exposure and practical experience to prepare them for future roles in SPH Media’s digital transformation journey and the evolving landscape of news and media industry.

Programme Overview

The programme comprises three 8-month rotations, with each rotation offering Media Associates the opportunity to gain experience in a different business area and take on new challenges and responsibilities. This rotational structure allows them to build a holistic understanding of SPH Media’s operations and develop cross-functional capabilities that position them for long-term growth within the organisation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
