• Carry out daily inspection of the building, common areas, facilities, and equipment to ensure everything is in good working condition.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic repair works for electrical, plumbing, lighting, pumps, doors, locks, and other building facilities.
• Attend to maintenance complaints and repair requests from tenants/residents promptly.
• Troubleshoot building maintenance issues and carry out minor repair works where required.
• Monitor and maintain building services such as water supply, electrical systems, sanitary systems, pumps, and other M&E equipment.
• Assist contractors and service providers during maintenance, repair, and inspection works.
• Conduct regular checks on common areas, car parks, corridors, toilets, lifts, fire safety equipment, and other facilities.
• Record maintenance issues, repair works, meter readings, and equipment conditions for proper maintenance tracking.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and assist in emergency situations affecting the building and its tenants/residents.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure all maintenance works comply with building management procedures and safety requirements.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
