Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and marketing activities.
• Create and develop engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Assist with photo and video content creation, including shooting short-form videos and Reels/TikTok content.
• Support the team in developing social media captions, creative ideas and promotional materials.
• Assist in coordinating restaurant promotions, events, launches and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas relevant to the F&B industry.
• Assist with competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the Marketing team with basic reporting, social media performance tracking and campaign analysis.
• Work closely with the Operations and Outlet teams to gather content and support on-ground marketing activities.
• Assist with other marketing and branding projects as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, Digital Marketing, Creative Media or a related field.
• Passionate about social media, food, lifestyle and F&B trends.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant/F&B environment.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Basic photography/videography skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
