JOB DESCRIPTIONS

PROJECT

Meet criteria on design, budget, timeline, quality, safety and environmental requirements established foreach project.

Conduct or Attend Daily Safety Meeting/Toolbox Meeting;

Attends internal and/or external meetings relating to the respective projects;

Co-ordinate and interact with project team, customers, consultants and sub-contractors;

 To support Sales and Service Teams with Technical Drawings and calculations as per customers’ requirements;

Prepare & update project status by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information gathered;

Responsible for updating on technical information / documentation;

Responsible for the daily project operations of the company;

Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules;

STANDARDS

Ensure the compliance to ISO Standards and processes, WHS regulations, Code of Practices, Design and Welding Standards (QA/QC requirements);

Involvement as an internal auditor for annuals ISO audit;

Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations;

DOCUMENTATION

Prepare, submission and filing of Project related reports such as Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement(MOS), Lifting Plan, Manpower Appointment, Permit to Work and etc;

Ensure all documentation of records are up to date and filed accordingly;

Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
