Tanggungjawab

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead to provide technical leadership for Dynamics 365 development, customization, integration, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and .NET technologies, along with experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
  • Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain D365 customizations including plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities, APIs, and integrations.
  • Develop solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript and REST APIs.
  • Design and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using APIs and Azure services.
  • Work with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Support CI/CD, source control and deployment activities using Azure DevOps or similar DevOps tools.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.
  • Support performance optimization, testing, deployment and environment management.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Prepare technical documentation and contribute to solution design and architecture discussions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM development.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a technical lead / senior developer role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization, plugins, workflows and integrations.
  • Good experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps or Service Bus is an advantage.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with SQL Server and CRM data migration/integration tools such as SSIS or KingswaySoft is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of CRM security, solution management and deployment processes.
  • Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on technically.

Pay: RM12,324.26 - RM16,497.60 per month
