Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to optimize production schedules, capacity and ensure material availability to meet shipment commitment.
- Monitor production performance, identify risks such as material shortages or capacity constraints, and drive timely recovery actions.
- Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels while supporting production and customer delivery requirements.
- Coordinate engineering changes, New Product Introduction (NPI), and schedule adjustments to minimize operational impact.
- Prepare and communicate daily production status updates and weekly production and inventory reports to management.
- Analyze planning and inventory data to improve production efficiency, delivery performance, and inventory health.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support cross-functional projects to enhance planning processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, inventory management, SAP systems, and material planning.
- Proven experience working closely with Master Scheduling, Procurement, and Production teams to execute production plans.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to analyze data and prepare management reports.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills.
