RFQ Engineer manages client RFQs, prepares detailed cost estimates, and ensures competitive pricing. This role involves collaborating with suppliers, analyzing costs, and delivering accurate and timely project quotations. When RFQ activity is low, the RFQ Engineer will also support manufacturing operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze RFQs and technical requirements

• Estimate costs for materials, labor, and logistics to ensure accurate project pricing

• Collaborate with suppliers to gather pricing, lead times, and availability of materials

• Prepare and submit detailed and competitive quotations to clients

• Maintain effective communication with sales, procurement, and engineering teams

• Ensure all quotations meet quality and industry standards

• Support manufacturing operations when RFQ workload is minimal, assisting with tasks as required
