Roles & Responsibilities

 Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and operational requirements.

 Carry out food preparation, cutting, portioning and cooking.

 Maintain food quality and consistency.

 Assist with stock preparation and inventory control.

 Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene and safety standards.

May be deployed to the company's central kitchen, F&B outlets or other operational locations based on operational requirements.

 Perform other reasonable kitchen duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Relevant kitchen/cooking experience preferred; candidates with stronger culinary skills and relevant experience may be considered for higher-level responsibilities; knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations; able to work shifts where required.
