Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to building a strong and capable team by supporting learning and development initiatives

Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and structured learning journeys

Work closely with leaders to identify team development needs and training gaps

Manage scheduling, venue arrangements (virtual and physical), and training materials

Track attendance, gather feedback, and monitor training effectiveness and performance outcomes

Create engaging training communications and learning content for participants

Support internal trainers and coordinate with external facilitators when required

Champion a continuous learning culture across the organisation

Develop strong organisational skills in a people-focused, collaborative environment

Contribute directly to team excellence and individual professional growth

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple training programmes simultaneously

High attention to detail to ensure training materials are accurate and effective
