Job Summary
Support order fulfilment and customer service by managing orders, scheduling deliveries, handling inventory, and preparing sales reports to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Set up, consolidate, and account for customer orders to ensure accurate fulfilment
Participate actively in fulfilling customer orders to meet delivery timelines
Generate delivery orders and schedule delivery and collection to optimize logistics
Perform inventory management to maintain stock levels supporting purchasing and production needs
Administer all documents systematically to ensure accurate record-keeping
Respond promptly and helpfully to customer enquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
Prepare weekly sales reports and other company-required reports to support business analysis
Provide general support to office administration to maintain efficient daily operations
