Job Summary:
To assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and ensure that guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas are maintained according to the hotel's cleanliness, hygiene and service standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, with supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations and cleaning standards.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping equipment, chemicals and safety procedures.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
