Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide a comfortable, professional service experience

• Assist with pawnbroking transactions, jewellery sales, and related counter duties

• Maintain accurate records and handle basic administrative tasks

• Uphold store standards and contribute to a welcoming store environment

What We're Looking For

• No prior experience required — those with retail experience will have an added advantage

• Able to communicate with customers across all ethnic groups in Singapore; basic proficiency in a second language is a plus

• Basic computer literacy

• Good communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented attitude

• Willing to work on a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays

Working Hours

• 5-day workweek with 2 rotating days off

• Shift hours: 8.30am – 8.00pm or 9.00am – 8.30pm
