Our client is the market leader in their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new team member to be based here in their Headquarters here in Singapore.

About the job

Your role involves:

Oversee and maintain company wide network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and core network services.

Administer day-to-day system operations, virtualized environments, endpoint management, and Microsoft cloud infrastructure.

Act as an escalation point for complex L2/L3 service desk incidents, performing root-cause analysis and preventive maintenance.

Drive infrastructure projects, such as network refreshes, firewall upgrades, and cloud integration initiatives, while managing third-party vendors.

Ensure compliance with internal security baselines, access controls, patching, vulnerability remediation, and regulatory standards.

Support technical readiness for crucial organizational events, examinations, and scheduled off-peak maintenance windows.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have proven experience in network and IT support.
