Working Hours: 11am – 9pm
Permanent position | Retail hours (weekends included)
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Follow up with customers who have responded to our promotions
Arrange & confirm appointments via calls, WhatsApp, messages & email
Welcome our lovely customers with a warm smile when they visit
Answer questions & share information about our beauty treatments
Handle payments & transactions
Keep the reception area clean, neat & welcoming
Assist with other fun ad-hoc duties when needed
