Job Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and implement classroom programmes following centre policies and the ECDA framework to ensure curriculum compliance and quality learning outcomes

Manage all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children

Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that that promotes children’s curiosity and active learning

Chart developmental progress and prepare detailed portfolios for each child

Partner closely with parents through regular updates, progress reports, and involvement in school events

Foster teamwork and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with colleagues

Requirements:
Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education

Certified by ECDA at L2 category

Energetic, creative, patient, and passionate about working with young children

Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills

Reliable and collaborative team player
