Part-Time Barista

We’re looking for a friendly, hands-on

Part-Time Barista

to join Borderlessbutter — Singapore’s only butter-centric microcafe in Ang Mo Kio.

You’ll be involved in the full cafe experience, from preparing our drinks and food to serving customers and keeping our little space running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Prepare beverages including cold brew preparation, matcha whisking and other specialty drinks according to our recipes and SOPs

Prepare and assemble food items and ensure consistent quality and presentation

Take orders, handle payments and provide friendly, attentive customer service

Provide butter sampling assistance as needed

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the cafe, equipment and work areas

Assist with opening/closing duties, stock replenishment and basic inventory management

Follow food safety, hygiene and operational standards

Support day-to-day cafe operations and other ad-hoc tasks as needed

What we’re looking for

Positive, friendly and service-oriented

Willing to learn and comfortable working in a hands-on environment

Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality

Able to work independently in a small team

F&B or barista experience is preferred, but

training will be provided

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred / required for food-handling duties

Able to work weekends and/or public holidays

Borderlessbutter is a Singapore-born butter-centric brand bringing our love for butter into an unconventional cafe experience.

We recently opened our first microcafe in Ang Mo Kio — a tiny space serving housemade flavoured butters alongside specialty drinks, matcha, cold brews and sandwiches inspired by our butter creations.
