Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: General Wholesales Trade
• Position Title: Accounts Executive (Full Set)
• Working Location: Tuas (Nearest MRT: Tuas West Road)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Complete month-end closing and annual financial reporting accurately and on time, including full-set accounts, AP, AR, GL and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit monthly GST filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents.
• Process purchase orders and prepare invoices or delivery orders for local and overseas customers.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with the Purchasing, Sales and Warehouse teams to track shipment status.
• Coordinate with transport and shipping companies to ensure shipments are cleared on time.
• Record damaged or defective items received from suppliers and follow up on claims.
• Conduct monthly stock-taking and prepare inventory status reports.
• File and update administrative records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 2 years of accounting or audit experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office; SAP Business One experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
