Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project / Program Manager with 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise technology programs from planning through implementation and stabilization.

The candidate should have strong experience in technology delivery, enterprise applications, cloud, systems integration, manufacturing/operations or supply chain, along with strong vendor, financial, risk, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and programs.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and governance structures.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across business and technology.
• Manage internal teams, vendors, consultants, and systems integrators.
• Manage vendor delivery against SOWs, milestones, quality, acceptance criteria, and commercial commitments.
• Coordinate cross-project dependencies, resource constraints, priorities, and escalations.
• Drive project lifecycle activities including design, build, testing, deployment, cutover, and stabilization.
• Lead steering committees, governance meetings, and executive reviews.
• Manage project financials including budget, forecasting, actuals, variance, and change control.
• Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Provide clear project dashboards, status reports, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of Technical Project / Program Management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise technology programs.
• Strong experience in one or more of the following:
• Enterprise Applications
• Cloud Platforms
• Systems Integration
• Manufacturing / Operational Systems
• Supply Chain Technology
• Experience managing large, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong Vendor & Systems Integrator Management experience.
• Experience with SOWs, fixed-price or outcome-based engagements, commercial controls, and vendor escalations.
