Key responsibilities :-
Business Development

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
• Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate potential locations for new store openings and business expansion.
• Prepare business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
• Work closely with suppliers, landlords, and franchise partners where applicable.
• Support contract negotiations.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, risks, and outcomes
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by Senior Management

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead and manage QSR projects from initiation to completion, including new store openings, renovations, relocations, refurbishments, and operational improvement projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.

Other Responsibilities

• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments related to international business development.
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by senior management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B franchising, business development, or international sales.
• Proven success in franchise recruitment and expansion.
• Proven track record in opening new franchise stores regionally and globally.
• Strong knowledge of franchise operations, legal frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and financial data.
• Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented with a hands-on working style.
