Responsible for supporting the day-to-dayHR functions of the Company. The role includes recruitment coordination,onboarding and offboarding administration, leave and attendance management,maintenance of P-file, employee engagement activities, and general HR support.

The successful candidate should beorganized, detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality, and capable ofhandling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Payroll Support

Assist in preparing & providing monthly payroll instruction to payroll vendor.

Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, deductions, and leave records.

Assist in verifying NS claims, submission of i-report and work closely with insurance broker for medical/work injury insurance claims

2. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in posting job advertisements onrecruitment platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and liaise withrecruitment agencies and candidates.
• Arrange interview schedules with hiringmanagers.
• Administer employee onboarding and offboardingprocesses.
• Coordinate onboarding arrangements including:

i) Email setup

ii) System access requests

iii) Staff ID and access cards

iv) Laptop and equipment issuance

v) Orientation and safety induction scheduling

• Process employee confirmation, probation review,and contract renewal documentation.

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Prepare employment-related documents
• Monitor the validity and renewal of work passes
• Maintain and update employee records and p-files.

4. Dormitory Administration

• Accurate maintenance of dormitory records.
• Coordinate dormitory applications, allocations,and check-in/check-out arrangements for foreign employees.
