Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales dept in driving sales performance, supervising the sales team, and ensuring smooth daily showroom operations. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving overall team productivity within the automotive dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Supervise, guide, and monitor Sales Advisors to ensure consistent performance
• Support the team in closing sales and handling complex customer cases
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
• Monitor daily showroom operations, including staff attendance and discipline
• Review and ensure accuracy of sales documentation (booking, loan, insurance, registration)
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, performance tracking, and market trends
• Assist in organizing marketing activities such as roadshows, events, and promotions
• Coordinate with internal departments (Admin, Loan, Insurance, Inventory) for smooth operations
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in automotive sales or dealership environment
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with strong problem-solving ability
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
