YOUR MISSION

As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in driving boutique sales performance by delivering memorable client experiences, building long-term client relationships, and contributing actively to operational excellence while embodying TAG Heuer’s brand DNA at all times. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity. You will report to the Boutique Manager.

…A PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN SALESPERSON WHO CONSISTENTLTY SEEKS TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS THROUGH SELLING TECHNIQUES & COLLABORATION

• Plays a central role on the sales floor, achieving and exceeding both sales targets and qualitative KPIs as assigned.
• Always has omnichannel sales in mind to ensure the best client experience.
Proposes new ideas to develop sales such as merchandising, events, product mix.

…A CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST WHO LEVERAGES ALL AVAILABLE RESOURCES TO BUILD LONG-LASTING PERSONAL CONNECTIONS WITH CLIENTS

• Embodies TAG Heuer’s brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique.
• Achieves individual clienteling objectives (e.g. new clients recruited, repeater rate, and VIC share), by leveraging available tools.
• Build trust and long-term client relationships by communicating the brand story and DNA while demonstrating strong technical expertise to deliver exceptional service.
Maintain high quality client data and leverage client insights to deliver personalized and meaningful experiences.

…AN ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR TO OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE WHO RESPECTS RETAIL & ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES ON THE FLOOR

• Contributes to all daily processes under the supervision of the Boutique Manager (e.g. inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing)
• Leverages on tools such as CEGID and Salesforce and assist with Visual Merchandising (VM).
• Coordinates Aftersales service processes, ensuring a seamless client experience from service intake to the return of the watch.
• Adhere to all brand standards relating to grooming, professional behaviour, and visual merchandising, ensuring excellence in boutique presentation at all times.
• Act as a collaborative team player, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing work environment while contributing to shared team success.
• Ensures compliance with internal control policies.

Profile

• Minimally 2 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, experience in watches is a plus.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships
• Strong sales acumen with ability to engage clients through effective story telling
• Collaborative team player with high integrity and professionalism
• Proactive and results driven
