Senior Sales Closer | 100% Remote | U.S. Sales

Are you a competitive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and closing business? Metasoft is hiring a Senior Sales Closer to help nonprofit organizations across the United States find new funding opportunities through FoundationSearch, our established fundraising research platform.

This is a remote, high-volume outbound sales role supported by a steady flow of inbound appointments booked directly into your calendar. You will conduct decision-maker outreach, qualify prospects, lead online presentations, manage the sales process, overcome objections, and close new business.

You will work with Executive Directors, fundraising leaders, and Boards of Directors in a fast-paced, short sales-cycle environment. Previous SaaS experience is not required. We are looking for someone with proven consultative sales ability, strong business judgment, personal drive, and the discipline to manage a pipeline from first conversation through close.

What you bring:

· Strong discovery, presentation, objection-handling, and closing skills

· CRM discipline

· Resilience and coachability

· A genuine interest in helping nonprofits grow their impact

· Previous U.S., Canadian, or UK market sales experience would be an asset

Earning potential:

· Base salary of $2,000 USD per month

· Uncapped commissions paid in U.S. dollars

· This role serves U.S.-based clients and requires consistent availability during U.S. working hours

· Reliable high-speed internet is required

· A current computer with backup power is required

· A quiet, professional workspace suitable for video meetings is required
