The Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring the company's overall marketing activities. The role acts as a key coordination point between the Marketing Manager, Social Media Team, Digital Ads Team, and other relevant departments to ensure all marketing activities, campaigns, events, sales initiatives, PR activities, and social media movements are properly planned and executed.
The Marketing Executive is responsible for keeping track of the overall marketing calendar, campaign timelines, meetings, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure the Marketing Department operates in an organized and timely manner.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Marketing, Marketing Coordination, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, social media activities, events, or promotional activities.
- Experience working with multiple marketing functions or teams is an advantage.
- Good understanding of marketing planning, campaign execution, social media, digital advertising, and commercial activities.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing overall marketing activities in line with company sales and business objectives.
- Manage and maintain the overall Marketing Calendar, covering campaigns, sales activities, events, PR, social media, digital advertising, and other marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate marketing timelines, deliverables, resources, and follow-ups across the Marketing Department.
- Coordinate the Social Media Team's content direction, posting schedule, campaigns, and activities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, festive campaigns, and sales-driven initiatives.
- Coordinate with Social Media, Digital Ads, Creative, Sales, E-Commerce, CRM, and other relevant teams to ensure campaign readiness and smooth execution.
- Coordinate marketing-related events, activations, collaborations, PR, influencer/KOL activities, and other brand initiatives.
- Coordinate Marketing Department meetings, including agendas, documentation, action items, and follow-ups.
- Consolidate weekly and monthly updates from Social Media, Digital Ads, Campaigns, Events, PR, and other marketing activities for the Marketing Manager and management.
- Monitor campaign and activity progress, identify gaps or delays, and highlight issues requiring the Marketing Manager's attention.
- Maintain proper records of marketing plans, campaign details, reports, meeting minutes, trackers, and other marketing documentation.
- Ensure effective communication and information flow between the Marketing Manager, Marketing teams, and relevant departments.
- Support the Marketing Manager in reviewing marketing performance, identifying opportunities, and implementing improvements to marketing activities and processes.

- Experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands is an advantage.
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
