Hi! Greetings from Nimbura! We are growing fintech startup company, located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, looking for amazing talent to join our fast-growing team! This is a full-time, on-site position, the Graphic Designer will report directly to the Content Marketing Manager.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for supporting the Marketing team’s growing digital creative needs by producing high-quality static and animated visuals across the company’s core digital touchpoints.

This role plays a key part in strengthening the company’s brand presence across its website, push notifications, in-app messaging, email and CRM campaigns by ensuring that all creative materials are engaging, consistent, and optimised for each channel.

The ideal candidate is creative, hands-on, and detail-oriented, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work closely with the Marketing team to deliver on-brand and timely creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static and animated website banners for campaigns, promotions, and landing pages in accordance with brand guidelines and web performance requirements.
• Create banners and other visual assets for mobile app push notification campaigns.
• Design in-app banners for home screens, promotions, feature announcements, and other customer communications.
• Develop email and EDM banners and templates for CRM campaigns distributed through *************
• Produce motion graphics and animated creatives, including HTML5 and GIF banner advertisements, alongside static versions where required.
• Adapt campaign concepts across multiple formats and channels, including websites, push notifications, in-app messaging, email, and social media.
• Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Manager to translate campaign briefs and copy into engaging visual content.
• Maintain and continuously improve the company’s visual brand guidelines, design templates, and digital asset libraries to support consistency and faster turnaround times.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and within campaign deadlines.
• Support ad hoc design requirements for social media, presentations, internal communications, and other company materials.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• One (1) to three (3) years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably with exposure to digital or performance marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Familiarity with Figma and/or Canva would be an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in motion graphics and animation tools, such as Adobe After Effects or other animated banner software.
• Good understanding of digital banner specifications and design best practices for websites, push notifications, in-app messaging, and email campaigns.
• Strong sense of visual layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.

Additional Advantages

• Previous experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or a related industry. Familiarity with ************* or similar CRM and email marketing platforms.
