Work you’ll do

The Pursuit Advisory team supports management in identifying and executing business development activities aligned with the practice's strategic objectives. The team works closely with the partners to target, win and retain strategic clients through client targeting programmes; active account management and the delivery of exceptional client service. This role offers excellent opportunities for growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

The team undertakes a range of activities focused on client acquisition and strengthening client relationships, including:

• Proposal advisory and support for strategic client acquisition
• Coordinating and supporting the firm’s pursuit activities
• Supporting global, regional, and local client sales and pursuits initiatives
• Conducting client and market research and analysis
• Tracking and monitoring various procurement portals
• Identifying and evaluating relevant business opportunities from published tenders
• Coordinating end-to-end preparation and submission of tender documents
• Supporting other client-related projects as required

Reporting to the Pursuit Advisory Senior Manager, this position supports the firm’s strategic client portfolio and provides day-to-day assistance to client-facing professionals. Key responsibilities include actively supporting the client service planning process and facilitating client service team meetings. Please note that this is a back-office support role, not a sales or client-facing position.

Requirements

• A recognized University degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a professional services environment; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Familiarity with tracking and monitoring various procurement portals would be advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Appreciation of marketing, client targeting, account management and pitch processes
• Understanding of the Singapore and Southeast Asia corporate landscape
• Strong research capabilities and familiarity with collaboration platforms and tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, internal clients, and team members
• Meticulous, with strong attention to detail
• Strong design sense with the ability to structure, format and present visually compelling documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
