Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate, manage resources, personnel & execute project works within the designated time frame
• Accountable for checking and supervising site works
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
• Responsible for all site matters including safety, quality and other compliance matters
• Monitor the progress of project schedule
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering
• At least 2 year (s) of relevant working experience in site coordination work
• Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor, Lifting Supervisor and Working-at-Heights Supervisor certificate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess Class 3 driving license
