Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Research on creation of videos for Mechanical & Electrical ( M&E ) guidelines ( Applicants should have previously attended video editing lessons and studied various editing software ).
- Research on global green certification and energy ratings for properties globally.
- Research and creation of online forms that is suitable for filling up of M&E KDR.
- Support with uploading and creation of all CLAS properties onto Energy Star Portfolio Manager to generate Energy Ratings for all properties.
- Support with translation work for drawings and documents.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or any related Building Services discipline.
- Possesses knowledge of the Environment, Building Services and Sustainability.
- Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering e.g Microsoft Co-Pilot/ Chatgpt / Claude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, PowerPoint, Excel ).
- Independent and able to complete task with initiative.
