Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor - Project Quantity Surveyor (E-M - Building), Gaji tinggi SGD 5,000 di Gammon India Limited - Maukerja

Responsibilities:
Perform taking off and measurement of quantities, and establishing detailed BOQ

Source, review and negotiation of quotations

Work closely and liaise with both internal and external project stakeholders

Attend project meetings including site walks for progress claims’ evaluation

Project budget and cost control including prepare monthly financial budget report and presentations (For Senior position)

Prepare RFQ Subcontract tender documents, analyze and prepare cost comparison, post tender clarifications, tender interview, and award recommendation report

Sub-Contract administration including handling contractual documentation, correspondences and disputes matters

Assess, verify and response subcontractor's monthly progress claim, final account and variation orders in timely manner

Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or in related disciplines (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil & Structural Engineering)

At least 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar position in construction industry, preferably with LTA MRT or bus depot project,

with additional preference for experience in major RC works

Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role

Knowledge of PSSCOC and/or REDAS and /or SIA standard forms of Contracts

Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
