Accounts Receivable Accountant – 6-Month Contract

Location: Pandan Loop
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

The Role

Our client is a global MNC with diverse manufacturing operations across APAC. They are looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant to support their Singapore Finance team on a 6-month contract.

The role will focus on Sales & Revenue Accounting and/or Credit Management, depending on the candidate's experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly IC and third-party reconciliations
• Manage rebates, commissions and related accruals
• Review billing issues, customer claims and revenue-related matters
• Manage customer credit limits and credit blocks
• Drive collections and monitor overdue accounts
• Prepare DSO, ageing and bad debt reports
• Resolve customer disputes with internal stakeholders
• Support audit and other AR-related queries

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy; CA/CPA preferred
• Relevant AR/accounting experience
• Experience in Sales & Revenue Accounting or Credit Management
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• BI exposure advantageous
• Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Experience:

• either Sales / Revenue Accounting OR Credit Management: 4 years (Required)
