Working Days:
Monday to Friday, 5-day work week
Work Arrangement:
Office-based with occasional project site visits
Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs for electrical works.
Assist with pre-tender costing, tender preparation and submission.
Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare progress claims, variation orders and subcontractor claims.
Monitor project costs and maintain proper QS documentation.
Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
Conduct site visits for checking and verification when required.
Perform other quantity surveying duties related to electrical projects.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
Electrical background/knowledge is required.
Able to understand electrical drawings and project requirements.
Candidates with Electrical or M&E Quantity Surveying experience are advantageous.
Good numerical, communication and coordination skills.
