Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in account management in an agency or MNC setting.
Experience in B2B industry, along with CRM and loyalty program expertise.
Background in marketing operations, communications, and analytics.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management.
Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
Strong communications, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of customer experience and digital transformation needs.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Proficient in managing client expectations and addressing potential issues proactively.
