Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will handle daily administrative support for engineering teams, facility operations, and office management. Your primary focus will be managing employee time attendance records. You will check weekly timecards, process monthly overtime hours for HR, and send contractor work hours to vendors. Additionally, you will handle onboarding logistics for new staff and contractors, including airport pass applications (Seletar and Changi) and handing out uniforms, safety boots, and locker keys. Your administrative duties also include preparing simple daily and monthly reports for management, keeping stock of office merchandise, raising purchase requisitions, assisting with company events, and helping with general office support tasks.

skills and experience required

You should possess a Diploma in Business, Logistics, Aviation Management, or a related field, alongside minimally 2 years of administrative or operational support experience, ideally within an aviation, or engineering environment. Practical experience using time-and-attendance software such as Kronos Workforce Autotime or SAP, as well as strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), is essential. You must be a reliable, self-driven team player with good communication skills, capable of multitasking efficiently and working independently under tight deadlines.
